Terms of Service

💰PAYMENT TERMS

Deposit required: $200 deposit required to book a party bus
Final payment: All reservations must be paid in full 14 days before the event
Time considerations: Allow enough time for your occasion - another event may be booked after yours. Our buses drive slower than personal vehicles for safety
Drive time: Time starts when the party bus leaves our facility and stops when it returns. You must include our drive time in your itinerary
Fuel surcharge: Wheel Haus Party Buses reserves the right to add or change a fuel surcharge up to the rental date due to economic fluctuation
Delays: Wheel Haus Party Buses is not responsible for delays caused by excessive traffic, weather, automobile accidents, or situations beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such delays

Acknowledgment of risk: Participants understand that party bus activities may be dangerous and can result in injury, illness, or death
Assumption of risk: Participants voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for any injuries, property damage, or other losses
Release of liability: Participants agree not to hold Wheel Haus Party Buses responsible for any injuries or damages they may sustain
Indemnification: Participants agree to hold Wheel Haus Party Buses harmless from any losses, liabilities, or costs they may incur
Waiver: Participants waive their right to sue Wheel Haus Party Buses for any injuries or damages

Minimum cleaning fee: $100 for any cleaning beyond normal wear and could exceed depending on severity
Includes: Larger spills, excessive trash, dirt, mud, or other substances
Vehicle condition: Return party bus in the same condition as when received

Surprise arrivals: Must be indicated at time of booking
Detailed directions: Provide very detailed directions and map of where the party bus needs to go
Parking arrangements: If you want the bus parked at a particular location (winery, event facility, etc.), please ensure space is reserved

Personal belongings: Ensure nothing is left in the bus - this is your responsibility. We are not responsible for items left behind
No decorating: Window paint or decorations on the vehicle are not allowed
Damage responsibility: You are financially responsible for any physical damage to the vehicle by you or your guests
Driver authority: Driver has sole judgment to determine if behavior is out of control, unsafe, illegal, dangerous, or irresponsible. They may terminate service and order all occupants out
No smoking: Prohibited inside the bus. Driver will gladly pull over for outside smoke breaks
Underage drinking: Strictly prohibited. Immediate termination with no refund
Illegal drugs: Possession or use prohibited. Driver will pull over and all guests must exit with no refund
Vehicle supervision: Bus is never to be left unattended - driver responsibility is safe transport and vehicle protection

Deposit: $200 deposit is non-refundable if cancelled after 24-hour grace period from booking
14-day notice: Required to pay minimum hours if cancelled with less than 14 days notice
7-day notice: Required to pay full price if cancelled with less than 7 days notice
No cash refunds: Store credit may be considered for specific situations
Date changes: Reservation dates may be changed for additional deposit on top of original, must occur at least 14 days before reservation
